Guide Dogs has teamed up with SignVideo to help make our support accessible to deaf people and people who have a combined sight and hearing loss who use sign language to communicate.
You can now contact us using the British Sign Language (BSL) video service provided by our partner SignVideo. We’ve made the service available to all our service users and supporters on the main contact us points on our website.
If you're looking for support or information from us in BSL:
Visit any of these three pages: Contact us, Covid-19 and getting support.
Click on the link to SignVideo.
Then you will be connected to a qualified BSL interpreter who will facilitate the call.
We want to support people with sight loss in every way we can, so they have the confidence to live their lives to the full. It’s really important that our information is accessible to anyone who needs our support, that includes people who use British Sign Language. We are delighted to be teaming up with SignVideo to provide this excellent interpretation service and we’d encourage anyone who needs it to contact us in this way.

Guide Dogs is one of a growing number of charities and organisations that recognise the importance of accessibility and have partnered with SignVideo to provide access to online BSL interpreters. This is very important step for Guide Dogs as they are taking the necessary measures to ensure all their customers can communicate with them regardless of their disability.
