Schools and services membership

You can become a schools/service member of CustomEyes Books if:

  • you are a service working with children and young people who are partially sighted, deaf-blind, blind or dyslexic

Joining is easy, membership is free and you are under no obligation to buy any books.

Just fill out the application form and order books from our catalogue at the same time, or whenever you're ready.

Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card or you can request an invoice - however, please don’t forget to include a purchase order number.

We will use your personal information provided above, to process your membership and any subsequent orders. We will store this information for the duration of your membership with CustomEyes. You can ask us to delete your details from the CustomEyes database at any time, which will also cancel your CustomEyes membership, by calling 0118 983 8275 or emailing customeyes@guidedogs.org.uk or write to CustomEyes, The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, Hillfields, Burghfield Common, Reading, RG7 3YG.

Please note, if you are in receipt of other Guide Dogs children and young people’s services, your data may also be deleted from these service databases. Please also contact us to tell us if you have changed your mind about how we contact you, or wish to withdraw consent to receiving news and other information from us.
