Whether you’re a Scout Leader or a Scout, thank you for visiting!

From 2015 to 2019 Guide Dogs was proud to have helped The Scouts in their A Million Hands community impact project, as one of the partners supporting young people in the attainment of their Community Impact Staged Activity Badge.

Through arranging Big Read events, sharing stories and reviewing books, members of the Scout movement raised funds and awareness of Guide Dogs’ CustomEyes Books service. In doing so, these young people also developed an understanding of living with a vision impairment, and how our large print books increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and create places where everyone can thrive.

Take a look at some of the other ways your Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers can get involved with Guide Dogs and make a difference in your community.
