Our Training and Behaviour Advisors are critical in facilitating the roll out of our unique guide dog training programme.
This programme not only harnesses the power of positive reinforcement for our dogs but also standardises how we train, care for and manage our furry family. The programme is helping us accelerate our capacity to partner more trained guide dogs with people with sight loss. Therefore, the recruitment of more Training and Behaviour Advisors is needed to support our trainers in developing their dog training skills and deliver the programme.
