Every life-changing guide dog starts off as a tiny, playful puppy and by sponsoring one in memory of someone special, you'll be able to share their amazing journey.

Sponsoring a puppy in memory of a loved one, whether it's a person or a much-loved animal companion, is a way to make a big difference to a blind or partially sighted person's life whilst remembering the life of someone special to you.

Sponsorship is available from £104 and lasts for two years. Money from a funeral collection can be put towards this, and if you wish, you can top up the donation to cover the sponsorship cost.

I’m thrilled to bits and will follow the pup’s progress with great interest. We’ve put the certificate on the wall; it’s lovely to see that we’re doing something in Mum’s memory.
