The Apple iPad is equipped with a number of accessibility features to help optimise the display, control the device or navigate your surroundings. There are apps to cater for almost any need, task, function or occasion. These include VoiceOver, which provides auditory descriptions of elements and tells you exactly what is happening on your device, VoiceOver + braille, which provides the same assistance but in braille form, magnifier, which uses the built-in camera to work like a digital magnifying glass so you can magnify your surroundings, and spoken content, which enables your device to read the text on the screen out loud.
