Spotlight on Nicola Knight & Eloise Larkin-Hinds - Access Assistants

This Spotlight video features two of our incredible Access Assistants, Nicola Knight and Eloise Larkin-Hinds, who tell us more about their roles and how they help empower the people they work with. Access Assistants support staff who have a vision impairment or other impairment, neurodivergence or long-term health condition. Their day-to-day work is varied and can involve a range of different support from driving to checking files for accessibility.
